The Mandate

We are seeking entrepreneurial profiles, industry experts and investment professionals who are interested in initiating or scaling investment platforms within the sports and performance ecosystem.

This is not a traditional role.
It is a mandate-based collaboration to co-develop new investment opportunities.

Investment Context

We are currently exploring initial opportunities related to the repositioning of sports and leisure assets in selected European regions.

This includes concepts combining performance infrastructure with hospitality, living and community-driven formats.

 

Across Europe, many sports and leisure assets are:

  • underutilized
  • operationally outdated
  • lacking integrated business models

 

At the same time, demand for performance-oriented environments is increasing – across sport, health, longevity and leadership.

This creates a unique opportunity to reposition existing assets into high-value performance environments.

Together with 4SREM, you may:

  • Identify and reposition sports and leisure assets
  • Develop integrated concepts (training, recovery, hospitality, living)
  • Structure investment vehicles based in Luxembourg
  • Build scalable investment platforms around performance-driven themes
  • Connect brands, operators and capital into one ecosystem
